Ruby Club Terms & Conditions
Selections Defined
- One bottle of wine
- Two 64oz growler fills of beer
- Two 4-packs of canned beer
Membership Commitment
- Ruby Club: Minimum of 2 selections every other month
- Ruby VIP Club: Minimum of 6 selections every other month
Billing and Pickup/Shipping
- Your credit card will be charged on the 1st of the release month.
- You will receive an email when your pickup/shipment is ready.
- Beer selections can be made at pickup. We do not ship beer.
- Wine and beer vintages and availability may vary.
Shipping Limitations
- Wine shipping is limited to: Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Florida.
- Beer is available for pickup only.
Release Schedule
Bi-monthly releases vary depending on the date of your membership anniversary. You may check your anniversary date in the My Club section.
- Prior to June 2021: Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, and Dec
- Post July 2021: Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, and Nov
Modifications and Cancellations
- No refunds one month after the release date. Exchanges can be made in person only.
- Members may modify their selections prior to each release through our secure website. If no selection is made, it will default to the winemaker’s selection.
- Club membership renews automatically each year on your signup anniversary.
- Cancelling your membership within the first 12 months (6 full releases) incurs a $100 cancellation fee. There is no cancellation fee after 6 releases.
