Returns & Cancellations

Returns

We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is flawed. To process the replacement or refund, we must receive the recorked flawed wine first. Empty bottles or verbal requests cannot be accepted. Please email tastingroom@hillsboroughwine.com to arrange the return of corked or flawed wine. Once the wine is received, we will refund your original credit card for the cost of the wine or replace it with another wine. Additional shipping charges may apply if replacement wine is being shipped.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel any of the Ruby Club memberships, please email tastingroom@hillsboroughwine.com with your request and reason. Note that cancellation for Ruby members and Ruby VIP members before completing 6 releases will result in a one-time $100 fee. Cancellations will result in the inactivation of all club benefits. Canceled members may have already-purchased wines available for pickup or shipment within one month of cancellation. Already purchased selections cannot be refunded past one month of the purchase date.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an order prior to shipping, please call our tasting room at 540.668.6216. If someone is unable to answer the phone, please leave a message with your order details.
