This supple Rhône varietal is grown in our northwest field and is sensitive to extreme cold temperatures in elevations below 650’. She’s harvested mid-September and aged for 4 months in stainless steel. The results are a clear, medium-intensity, lemon-colored wine with legs.
Fun Fact: named after the stone of endurance, leadership & courage!
