Grown in our front vineyard below the Tasting Room - this varietal originates from the Jurançon region in Southwest France and is the top recommended white grape to grow in Virginia.  The grapes are typically harvested in late September then fermented and aged for 8 months in acacia barrels. The results are a full bodied wine with notes of figs, chamomile & wildflower honey on the nose.

Fun Fact: A favorite for a late harvest sweeter wine, we’re one of the only VA wineries to make this a dry wine
