A Provence style rosé, the Serefina is 100% Tannat aged for 3 months in French Acacia wood barrels.
Harvested in mid-September, the Serefina is light, crisp and light in tannins. The short barrel aging results in a light peachy-pink delicious wine with a floral nose and gives a real roundedness to the palate. A great wine for lounging on the porch and after a long summer hike. She pairs wonderfully with angel hair pasta topped with shrimp in a light herb sauce.
Fun Fact: the name stems from the beauty and energy of the Seraphinite stone.

Vineyard Notes
The best of both worlds with light, tropical notes from the white grapes (Petit Manseng) and soft, berry notes from the red (Tannat). Not made in the traditional Rosé method, this is a white wine blended with a red.
