Tannat Tonite

Estate-grown 100% Tannat is harvested in late September, with skin contact for a few days for minimized tannin extraction, and steel tank aged for 3 months.  The result brings a brighter expression of our estate-grown Tannat that is light, lively, and kissed with a vibrant pétillance of cherry, blueberry, and raspberry.  Perfectly refreshing when served chilled with lighter foods on those easy, breezy evenings.

Fun Fact: We explore innovative naming patterns and enhance the wine's character with labels crafted by local artists.
